Races

 Tierra Del Sol RR (formerly HWY 6) will again be a part of the NMRS in 2008. A new course starting at the intersection of Golf Course Road and Hwy 304 in south Belen NM. The race will proceed south on Hwy 304 to Hwy 60 and turn east (left). C, M & W racers will proceed to Hwy 47/6 and turn north (left). Finish will be north of Mile Marker 17. A & B racers will continue east on Hwy 60 to the turn-around at the Torrance Co. Line (approx. 8.5 miles). These races will proceed back to the junction with Hwy 47/6 and turn north (right). Their finish will also be north of Mile Marker 17. Ride back to start/parking is approx. 1 mile. Shorter race distance is 45 miles and longer race is 62 miles.
